When Will You Ship My Order?

We ship out orders every Monday and Thursday. We know you don’t want to have to wait so we try to get orders out as fast as possible.

RUSH: If you NEED your order rushed, please let us know in your order notes. Most orders ship out in 1-2 days anyways. We might be able to work something out for you if you need it shipped sooner, but we can not guarantee it.

DOMESTIC: We ship with USPS and it usually take 2-5 days to arrive within the USA once shipped. We are on the West Coast so the further East you go, the longer it takes. However we have seen orders placed on Monday arrive in Florida by Wednesday. It’s not always that quick, but just sayin’. Remember to tip your mailman.

INTERNATIONAL: Due to certain limitations, international shipping is not currently available.

TRACKING: All domestic orders are shipped with tracking. Please allow some time after you receive your tracking number for it to be available on the USPS site.

LVL1 LIFE is not responsible for items lost in transit. Once the USPS accepts the package, we no longer have control of its delivery. Please direct all questions regarding missing items to the USPS.

My Order is Messed Up…

If you think you ordered the wrong size, please email brian@lvl1life.com. As long as we have the size you want in stock, we can swap it out for you if it’s Unused Unwashed & UnWODed. If your size isn’t available, we can work something out for you. Buyer pays return shipping fees. Please review our size charts before ordering.

If we shipped you the wrong size or style. PLEASE tell us, email brian@lvl1life.com. We take great care in packaging our orders and want to be sure that our customers are getting what they’ve ordered. We will resolve the error on a case by case basis.

Inventory

Our inventory is updated as quickly as possible. However, there may be instances when an item is out of stock even if not indicated on the website. If this happens, I will notify you.

Returns & Exchanges

30 Day Return Policy

Apparel Exchanges: It's pretty simple, if your apparel doesn’t fit right, just send us a message with the details of your size exchange. We will email you the return details. Then securely package up the apparel and send it back to us with prepaid shipping (we do not accept C.O.D. returns). As long as the product is in original new condition when we receive it, we will send out the correct size (assuming we have it in stock) with the shipping on us. *Free exchanges only offered in the Continental USA. All other locations will be required to pay for round-trip shipping of the exchange.

Nutrition Exchanges and Returns: We only accept returns on unopened nutrition products in new condition within the first 30 days of purchase.

We are reasonable people and we are sure you are reasonable people. If it’s new but doesn’t fit, exchange it. If you decide you don’t like it because you didn’t PR while wearing it during a WOD, maybe pass it along to a friend.

Please note that variations of color are possible from screen to screen. Refunds can not be given if an item was shipped with an active tracking number and has not reached the buyer due to USPS error. Please contact the USPS directly to resolve this issue.

If you have changed your mind prior to the order being shipped, please email us and you will receive a full refund.

If you are SATISFIED with your order, please leave a review. We give all reviewers special coupons every time a new line is launched. If you are DISSATISFIED please send us an email before leaving negative feedback. Perhaps we can help resolve the issue for you. Also, please don’t leave negative feedback for delays in receiving your order due to USPS errors. They are people too, and call them with feedback at 1-800-275-8777. (Prepare to wait on hold, it’s the gov’t after all)
